About Us
Covenant Seven Inc. specializes in writing business plans, and offers services in business development, human resources management, coaching and consulting in marketing, sales and business financial management. Clients trust us to take care of their needs and to help them bring changes that lead to increased profit margins.
We focus on small businesses which have less than 100 employees. We specifically help them to manage their human resources, payroll, and benefits. Our services include developing job descriptions, recruiting and interviewing candidates, policy and employee handbook development, all new-hire documents including the offer letter, and payroll processing. Services also include executive coaching and business needs assessment. We work with business owners to assess their business practices and bring meaningful change that translates to profits.
Past and present clients include Columbia University, Harlem Commonwealth Council, and New York City Department of Small Business Services for their NYC Love Your Local program and conducting business workshops/webinars for NYC Business Solutions and many other businesses. We travel outside of New York City to serve clients.
Our clients share the need to grow increase revenues and profits and reduce costs. We are absolutely focused on coaching and counseling our clients to become successful and prosperous. We take our clients’ successes seriously and leave no stone unturned to give them the results they need.
