What will you learn?
- How to figure out your start-up costs correctly including your cash cushion. Learn how these costs transfer to your balance sheet
- The important goals that you must set for marketing and sales if you want your business to succeed
- What you absolutely must do in your operations or face failure
- Identify your target market so you don’t waste time and marketing dollars reaching out to people or businesses outside this group
- How many potential customers should you be reaching to get the sales you must have. How, when and where to reach them. What you should be saying to them and why.
- Create a complete marketing plan which includes all pertinent media including the internet and all its uses
- How many employees you should be hiring, when and how much you will be paying them
- How to do 12-month and five-year projections for sales, profit and loss, cash flow and the balance sheet
- How to work out funding for the business and show that the business can pay back the loan, buyback the investor and/or pay dividends
- Understand how to calculate breakeven and what it means for your profit margin
- How to write an Executive Summary that will be the focal point for lenders and/or investors
Sessions are small – no more than 12 – so you can receive one-on-one attention from instructors

75% (less the $15 registration fee) will be given up to the second session. No refunds will be given after the second session (except in certain circumstances and amount refunded at the sole discretion of management)
