Cancellation Policy

No refunds if cancellation is made 72 hours or less before the start of the workshop.

50% refund for cancellations made 3 to 14 days before the workshop.

Full refund less a $15 cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 15 days before the workshop.

Full refund if CSI cancels or attendee can choose to use the fee to attend another workshop.
